The company

Barlota Industries manufactures and supplies lighting and electrical fittings from Bengaluru. Our range covers halogen flood lights and accessories, metal halide fittings and mirror optic fittings, alongside the LED ranges we carry as a dealer.

The business has been built on timely dispatch against the specification a customer actually gave us, on products with a long functional life, and on low maintenance cost in service. That is the whole pitch, and it has not changed.

Manufacturing

We build to order as well as to standard sizes, which is most of why customers come to us for the fittings they cannot source off a shelf. Customisation is normal here rather than an exception.

Barlota fittings are a regular choice of lighting and mechanical consultants. Where a new technology reaches our part of the industry, we take it into the units rather than around them.

Quality assurance

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. A separate cross-verification section tests against performance and durability parameters, and covers the process from incoming raw material through to final dispatch.

The intent is simple: what leaves the factory should not come back.

The team

Quality controllers, engineers, skilled technicians, and sales staff. Training is refreshed periodically so that what we build tracks what the market is actually specifying.

Warehousing & packaging

Finished stock is held in a maintained warehouse, with temperature and humidity controlled to keep rust off the product through its shelf life.

Packaging is treated as part of the product rather than an afterthought: physical protection, barrier protection, and clear identification, so what arrives is what was dispatched.
